An original invoice is required for all parts returns, core returns, exchanges, and replacement parts.
Returned parts must be marked by Williams Auto Salvage personnel and undamaged in the same condition sold. If the part is new, it must be in the original packaging.
We will replace a defective part that is under warranty. If we do not have a replacement part, we will refund your money.
If you buy a part that you do not need or you do not want, we will issue a store credit.
If an ordered part is canceled, the customer will be issued a refund minus 30% restocking fee for the total price of the invoice.
There is no warranty on labor.
You must have cores on all parts that require them, or you will be charged a core charge.
You must have a valid ID for all refunds.
